Tip and Trick of the Week . . . Lift your hips up in Side Plank Pose!

This tip and trick will help alleviate any wrist, and shoulder discomfort and strengthen your core muscles, primarily the oblique muscles on the lower side, closest to the floor.

Lift your hips and feel the sculpting of your abs in side plank pose.
