I am excited to share the tip and trick of the week for …. Cobra Pose!
Yoga teachers, chiropractors and doctors agree that a healthy spine is a healthy body.
Yoga postures strengthen the muscles that support your spine.
One of these important postures is Cobra pose, named for the snake and the movement of the spine which is snake like in nature.
The tip and trick of the week is to press the tops of your feet into the mat as you lift into Cobra posture.
This action creates a solid foundation for you to lift higher and stronger into your pose.
Try this tip and trick in a class soon and notice the difference it makes in your Cobra.
