Hello Yoga Friends,

Runners lunge posture is often called lizard pose as it looks a bit like a lizard when we do it.

The tip and trick of the week for this deep stretchy pose is to lift the back leg’s knee to deepen the stretch for the front of the hip.

Notice also when you do this tip and trick that it strengthens the posture.
